Purpose

This website presents bitllets.cat, a ticketing and access control service for event organisers, and lets you get in touch with us.

Contact form data

When you write to us, we process your name, email, phone if you give it, the name of your venue or company and your message. The controller is the website owner. The purpose is to reply to you and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent. We share the data with nobody except the providers that run the website and email (Vercel and Resend), who process it on our behalf within the European Union or with equivalent safeguards. We keep it while we are in touch and for one year after the last contact at most.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or port your data by writing to info@bitllets.cat. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Tickets you buy

When you buy a ticket through bitllets.cat, the controller of your data is the event organiser, and bitllets.cat processes it on their behalf. The terms and privacy of each purchase are on the organiser's page.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics are aggregated and use no cookies. Only organisers' staff, when they sign in, get technical cookies that keep their session open.

The bitllets.cat app

The app is for organisers' staff: each account is created by an organiser, and you sign in with email and password. The camera only opens to read ticket QR codes, and no images are stored. If you turn on alerts, we store your phone's token to send them and delete it when you sign out. The app uses no advertising or tracking. To delete your account, do it from Settings in the app or write to info@bitllets.cat: we deactivate it and erase any data the law does not require us to keep.

Intellectual property

The texts, design and the bitllets.cat brand belong to the owner and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law.
